I need to open my webpages (by URL) in Word2000 so that I can directly
save them as Word document. Unfortunately, there are certain webpages
turn up to be blank after opened in Word2000. I have tested open with
different URLs (e.g. www.yahoo.com and www.excite.com) but not all can

Ok so here is what I want to do.  I need to be able to

I must process web pages that were saved from Word 2000. I'd like to use XSLT
but I must make sure pages content type is XHTML instead of the default one,
HTML4. There are some differences in HTML4 that make content invalid for XML
processing.

when i type my code and save as html with word 2000, then
open with explorer 6 it shows up with the code same as on
the word file. in other words the tags are showing up. any
suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated.

Normally, when i choose to edit a web page in word, it
shows the graphical version (similar to the way Frontpage
works), however, this time when i choose to edit it in
word, it shows up as HTML. I don't remember setting a

We use hyperlinks extensively in Word documents and email
(MS Outlook 2000 using Word as the email editor). We have
a problem with links not working. Not all links, but most.

Sorry for multi-posting (didn't noticed this group before).
I'd like to customize the standard web template and add some VBScript for
specific tasks. Can I do it? I saw I could save a document as a template but I
didn't succeed in saving as a web page template.
