i am seriously thinking about creating a website using frames in word 2003.  
Is this a practical idea?

i got my website done in microsoft word 2003 just like i wanted but when i
viewed it through "web page preview" half of moved to the bottom.  first
there were a lot of pictures at the top and half of them moved down so i went
and grouped them together.  they are fine now but ...
Remove formatting from html table, saved as "Web Page, Filtered"25 Oct 2007 02:15 GMT1
I have a very large html table created by Word, saved as "Web Page,
Filtered" file type. Every html table cell has lots of formatting
tags. Most of the file size is that formatting.
Is there a way to quickly remove all html formatting to minimize the
