After I convert my Publisher document to a PDF using the PDF icon on my
toolbar the footer doesn't show up.  But when I convert the file using the
print to postscript it prints, but the hyperlinks don't convert.  How can I
fix this?  I

I have prepared my document, saved it, clicked Publisher's Tasks, clicked
Send As Attachment, completed email transmittal form, clicked Send; but it

I use a image script from DynamicDrive website but there is a problem with
Publisher and Firefox. When you open the images they displayed in the
background and not in the front like it should be.
